Hotel Concierge Medicine is a locally owned and operated team of exceptional physicians, physicians' assistants, and nurse practitioners providing house calls to hotel guests who become ill. Our hotel physician service provides care for hotel guests on a 24 hour / 7 day per week basis. Most hotel guests will prefer to be seen in the comfort of their own room vs the option of a long wait in an emergency room or locating a doctor thru the phone book.
Hotel Concierge Medicine will bill the client directly. The hotel will have no obligation towards any payment for our services. Payments are made by the client via credit card. We accept Visa/Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Hotel Concierge Medicine will have a doctor arrive within one hour of receiving the request and speaking briefly with the patient. Our staff will arrive wearing a Hotel Concierge Medicine name badge and will be carrying a doctor's bag.
When the doctor is leaving the hotel, he or she will inform the front desk/concierge that the hotel's guest's medical needs have been attended to and that he/she is leaving.
This service may be reimbursable through most forms of insurance. The guest is responsible for submitting the bill to his/her own insurance carrier. If prescriptions are needed, a delivery service is available for the guest's convience.
